In 2008, Effective Environmental Purchased and began operating a state of the art two phases Solvent Distillation Unit. Our goal is to always provide the best disposal options for our customers and to assist in the to transition from traditional disposal technology to the best Recycle/Beneficial Reuse options.

Universal Paint Waste in Texas
In Texas, unlike all other states and if certain criteria are met, thinners and solvents can be considered Universal Waste. Universal solvent based paint waste can be recycled through our distillation process to produce a recycled tank wash solvent. Rules may vary in other states with similar techniques which may classify thinners and solvents as Hazardous rather than Universal. If that is the case, E² professionals then follow the rules and regulations to dispose of the hazardous waste properly.
